目的：观察复方岩杖胶囊对小鼠的急性毒性反应，评价其安全性大小。方法以复方岩杖胶囊水提醇沉浸膏为受试品，用蒸馏水配制成不同剂量的混悬液，给予小鼠灌胃，观察14 d内小鼠的活动情况与毒性反应，记录各时间点的小鼠死亡数量及体重变化等情况，并用Bliss法计算小鼠的半数致死量（ LD50）。结果复方岩杖胶囊混悬液灌胃给药后小鼠的急性毒性症状主要有精神萎靡、行动迟缓、呼吸急促、连续性抽搐。小鼠灌胃给药的半数致死量LD50为10．81g／（kg? d），95％的可信限为9．00～12．94g／（kg? d）。结论复方岩杖胶囊LD50属低毒级别，药物有效量与中毒量距离较远，对主要脏器无肉眼可见损伤；高剂量时神经系统毒性显著，可引起小鼠死亡。
목적：관찰복방암장효낭대소서적급성독성반응，평개기안전성대소。방법이복방암장효낭수제순침침고위수시품，용증류수배제성불동제량적혼현액，급여소서관위，관찰14 d내소서적활동정황여독성반응，기록각시간점적소서사망수량급체중변화등정황，병용Bliss법계산소서적반수치사량（ LD50）。결과복방암장효낭혼현액관위급약후소서적급성독성증상주요유정신위미、행동지완、호흡급촉、련속성추휵。소서관위급약적반수치사량LD50위10．81g／（kg? d），95％적가신한위9．00～12．94g／（kg? d）。결론복방암장효낭LD50속저독급별，약물유효량여중독량거리교원，대주요장기무육안가견손상；고제량시신경계통독성현저，가인기소서사망。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To observe the acute toxicity of Fufang Yanzhang Capsules on mice and evaluate its safety.METHODS Different doses of Fufang Yanzhang Capsules were given to mice by gavage .The movement and <br> the toxic symptoms of mice were observed and the quantity of dead mice and the weights of survival mice were recor -ded in 14 days.The LD50 was calculated with Bliss method.RESULTS Listlessness,slowly action,breathlessness, consecutive convulsion were the main acute toxic symptoms and signs caused by Fufang Yanzhang capsules .The LD50 of irrigation was 10.81 g/(kg? d) and its 95%confidence interval was 9.00~12.94 g/(kg? d).CONCLUSION Fufang Yanzhang capsulse has low toxicity .No visible damage and poisoning of major visceral organs is seen when the drugs was given within the pharmaceutically effective amount;but the drug has obvious nervous system toxicity at high doses ,which even can cause death in mice .
