目的:建立HPLC测定相思子叶中滨蓟黄素含量的方法。方法色谱条件为色谱柱Hypersil BDS C18(4.6mm ×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇(A)-0.2%甲酸水溶液(B),二元梯度梯度洗脱,检测波长为330nm,流速为1.0mL? min -1。结果滨蓟黄素在0.062~0.31μg与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为Y=241.91X+19.264,r=0.9993,平均加样回收率为99.37%(RSD=1.37%)。结论该方法简便准确、分离度好、专属性强,可用于相思子叶中滨蓟黄素的质量控制。

목적:건립HPLC측정상사자협중빈계황소함량적방법。방법색보조건위색보주Hypersil BDS C18(4.6mm ×150mm,5μm),류동상위갑순(A)-0.2%갑산수용액(B),이원제도제도세탈,검측파장위330nm,류속위1.0mL? min -1。결과빈계황소재0.062~0.31μg여기봉면적정량호적선성관계,기선성회귀방정위Y=241.91X+19.264,r=0.9993,평균가양회수솔위99.37%(RSD=1.37%)。결론해방법간편준학、분리도호、전속성강,가용우상사자협중빈계황소적질량공제。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of cirsimaritin in the leaves of Abrus precatorius L.METHODS Hypersil BDS C18 column (4.6mm ×150mm,5μm) was used,and the mobile phase was consisted of methanol and water using a gradient elution .The detection wavelength was at 330nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL? min-1 .RESULTS Cirsimaritin showed a good linear relationship from 0.062 to 0.31μg ( r=0.9993 ) , and the regression equation was Y =241.91 X +19.264 ( r =0.9993 ) .The average recovery was 99.37% with RSD1.37%.CONCLUSION The HPLC method is simply and accurate with a good specificity .It can be used to quality control of cirsimaritin in the leaves of Abrus precatorius L.
