目的：采用 HPLC 测定安徽铜陵牡丹皮不同贮藏期3种药效成分的动态变化，确立贮藏期及贮藏方法，为牡丹皮 GAP生产提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法，以甲醇－乙腈（1∶1）－0．5‰甲酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱，在265nm波长处，同时测定不同生长发育期凤丹皮中没食子酸、丹皮酚、芍药苷3种化学成分的含量。结果双层复合包装袋包装并且与泽泻同贮的牡丹皮药材中的丹皮酚、芍药苷和没食子酸含量降低最小。结论采用双层复合包装袋与泽泻对抗同贮的牡丹皮药材。
목적：채용 HPLC 측정안휘동릉모단피불동저장기3충약효성분적동태변화，학립저장기급저장방법，위모단피 GAP생산제공의거。방법채용고효액상색보법，이갑순－을정（1∶1）－0．5‰갑산위류동상진행제도세탈，재265nm파장처，동시측정불동생장발육기봉단피중몰식자산、단피분、작약감3충화학성분적함량。결과쌍층복합포장대포장병차여택사동저적모단피약재중적단피분、작약감화몰식자산함량강저최소。결론채용쌍층복합포장대여택사대항동저적모단피약재。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of the dynamic changes of 3 pharmaco-dynamic components of moutan cortex at different storage methods ,to establish the best storage method and to provide basis of GAP.METHODS HPLC was used with the mobile phase of methanol:acetonitrile ( 1∶1 )-0.5‰.Formic acid,the gallic acid,paeono1,paeoniflorin were detected at 265nm wavelength in the same time.RESULTS The content of Formic acid , the gallic acid , paeono1 , paeoniflorin in moutan cortex , which was storaged with alisma in double package bag reduced lowest .CONCLUSION Moutan cortex can storage in double package bag with alisma .
