城市生态文明程度是实现经济社会可持续发展的重要体现。本文从生态文明的理念出发，界定了生态文明的概念，构建了城市生态文明评价指标体系，通过熵值法对生态文明发展水平进行了综合评价，以山西为实例，与全国其他地区生态文明发展进行对比分析，从实践的角度验证了该评价指标体系的合理性和可行性。文章最后提出了城市生态文明发展的对策建议。

Urban ecological civilization is one important manifestation of economic and social sustainable development . Based on the theory of ecological civilization , this paper defines the concept of ecological civilization , constructs the index system of urban ecological civilization , and evaluates the level of development by entropy method . Taking Shanxi as an example , comparative analysis is made on the level of ecological civilization development with other areas , which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation index system from a practical point of viewr . Finally , the article puts forward some suggestions of the urban ecological civilization .
