为了探究聚丙烯纤维对补偿收缩混凝土的强度和限制膨胀率的影响规律,通过对不同聚丙烯纤维掺量的补偿收缩混凝土与基准混凝土的对比试验,测出了不同聚丙烯纤维掺量下的补偿收缩混凝土的强度和限制膨胀率值。与基准混凝土测得的强度和限制膨胀收缩率值对比,得出了能使补偿收缩混凝土达到最大膨胀率和最大劈裂抗拉强度的聚丙烯的最优掺量为1.575 kg/m3,同时随聚丙烯掺量增加,补偿收缩混凝土的强度和限制膨胀率先增大后减小。
為瞭探究聚丙烯纖維對補償收縮混凝土的彊度和限製膨脹率的影響規律,通過對不同聚丙烯纖維摻量的補償收縮混凝土與基準混凝土的對比試驗,測齣瞭不同聚丙烯纖維摻量下的補償收縮混凝土的彊度和限製膨脹率值。與基準混凝土測得的彊度和限製膨脹收縮率值對比,得齣瞭能使補償收縮混凝土達到最大膨脹率和最大劈裂抗拉彊度的聚丙烯的最優摻量為1.575 kg/m3,同時隨聚丙烯摻量增加,補償收縮混凝土的彊度和限製膨脹率先增大後減小。

In order to explore the influence rules between the polypropylene fiber's dosage and the shrinkage compensating concrete's strength or the restrictive expansion rate,the shrinkage compensating concrete,which was mixed with different dosages of polypropylene fibers,was compared with the normal concrete. After the comparison testing,measuring the strength and the restrictive expansion rate of the shrinkage compensating concrete and normal concrete,then these data show that the optimal dosage of polypropylene fibers is 1. 575 kg/m3 which can maximize the expansion rate and the splitting tensile strength of shrinkage compensating concrete. From the above data we can see that along with the increase of the dosage of polypropylene fibers,the shrinkage compensating concrete's strength and the restrictive expansion rate firstly increase then decrease.
