目的：总结目前中药领域出现的问题并提出建议，以提高中药质量，保证临床疗效。方法：分析中药领域在产品品质下降，饮片质量不稳定、非法牟利，质量标准不完善等方面的问题，并提出建议。结果与结论：根据实际出现的问题，有针对性地提出4个建议：加强种植、养殖管理，保护种质资源，规范标准建设；增强中药饮片生产企业的竞争力；完善中药材中药饮片质量标准体系，转变制剂质量标准思路；整体设计完善监管思路。以期提高中药管理水平，提升中药品质，保证临床疗效。
目的：總結目前中藥領域齣現的問題併提齣建議，以提高中藥質量，保證臨床療效。方法：分析中藥領域在產品品質下降，飲片質量不穩定、非法牟利，質量標準不完善等方麵的問題，併提齣建議。結果與結論：根據實際齣現的問題，有針對性地提齣4箇建議：加彊種植、養殖管理，保護種質資源，規範標準建設；增彊中藥飲片生產企業的競爭力；完善中藥材中藥飲片質量標準體繫，轉變製劑質量標準思路；整體設計完善鑑管思路。以期提高中藥管理水平，提升中藥品質，保證臨床療效。
목적：총결목전중약영역출현적문제병제출건의，이제고중약질량，보증림상료효。방법：분석중약영역재산품품질하강，음편질량불은정、비법모리，질량표준불완선등방면적문제，병제출건의。결과여결론：근거실제출현적문제，유침대성지제출4개건의：가강충식、양식관리，보호충질자원，규범표준건설；증강중약음편생산기업적경쟁력；완선중약재중약음편질량표준체계，전변제제질량표준사로；정체설계완선감관사로。이기제고중약관리수평，제승중약품질，보증림상료효。
Objective: To summarize the current problems in Chinese medicine field and put forward some suggestions, in order to improve the quality of Chinese medicine and ensure the clinical efficacy. Methods:The problems in Chinese traditional medicine field were summarized, including the decreased quality of the products, the unstable quality of pieces, unlawful profit-making and imperfect quality standards. The causes were also analyzed, then four proposals were presented. Results and Conclusion: Four proposals were put forward: strengthening the management in cultivation and breeding, protecting the germplasm resources, normalizing; standard construction;enhancing the competitiveness of Chinese herbal medicine production enterprises; improving medicinal herbs quality standard system and changing the preparation quality standard thought and optimizing full-scale design of the supervision idea, so as to improve the traditional Chinese medicine management level and the quality of Chinese medicine to ensure the clinical efifcacy.
