目的：以能力培养及素质提高为人才培养目标，改变药事管理学以讲授课为主的教学方式。方法：分析传统教学方法存在的问题，设计教学案例，变革课堂组织形式，引入翻转课堂教学模式。结果与结论：教学过程分为知识探索阶段、吸收内化阶段及点评思考阶段。教学内容结合医药管理的新政策法规和出现的新问题，编写案例。对于翻转课堂可能出现无法统一观点及消极影响等问题，可通过学生探考与教师引导予以解决。

Objective: To change the way of teaching in the pharmacy administration course which was dominated by lecturing, focusing on ability training and quality improvement as the targets of talents cultivation. Methods:The existing problems in traditional teaching methods were analyzed, teaching cases were designed, the organization form of the classroom was transformed, and the Flipping Classroom method was introduced. Results and Conclusion:The teaching process could be divided into knowledge exploration stage, knowledge internalization stage, and comment and thinking stage. Cases were prepared based on the teaching documentation combined with new policies, regulations and new problems in the medical management field. A number of problems might occur after introduction of lfipping classroom, such as ununiifed viewpoint and negative impacts, which could be solved through deep thinking of the students and guidance of the teachers.
