目的:从确定GMP教学目标、整合教学内容、设计实训项目和改进教学方法等4个方面,探讨GMP教学改革。方法:确定了学生掌握GMP课程的知识目标、能力目标和素质目标;将GMP教学内容整合成10个模块;设计了实验室试剂管理训练、制订设备操作规程并进行清洁规程训练等若干个实训项目;采用任务驱动、角色扮演、现场教学、类比教学、案例教学等有效的教学方法。结果:采用调查研究和边实践边总结的方法,进行GMP教学改革的尝试。通过几年的教学实践,形成了高职制药技术类专业GMP新的教学模式。结论:实践证明,通过GMP教学改革,教学效果良好,值得在高职院校GMP教学中借鉴。

목적:종학정GMP교학목표、정합교학내용、설계실훈항목화개진교학방법등4개방면,탐토GMP교학개혁。방법:학정료학생장악GMP과정적지식목표、능력목표화소질목표;장GMP교학내용정합성10개모괴;설계료실험실시제관리훈련、제정설비조작규정병진행청길규정훈련등약간개실훈항목;채용임무구동、각색분연、현장교학、류비교학、안례교학등유효적교학방법。결과:채용조사연구화변실천변총결적방법,진행GMP교학개혁적상시。통과궤년적교학실천,형성료고직제약기술류전업GMP신적교학모식。결론:실천증명,통과GMP교학개혁,교학효과량호,치득재고직원교GMP교학중차감。
Objective:The GMP teaching reformation was discussed from four aspects of determining the GMP teaching objectives, integrating the teaching content, designing the training programs and improving the teaching methods Methods:The knowledge target, capability target and quality target of students from GMP teaching were determined; the GMP teaching content was integrated into 10 modules; a number of training programs such as laboratory reagents management training, equipment operation procedures development training and cleaning procedures training were designed;teaching methods including task-driven, role playing, site teaching, analogy teaching and case teachning were adopted. Results:Trial of GMP teaching reformation was performed by investigation and practice along with summarization. After a few years of practice, a new GMP teaching mode was formed for pharmaceutical technology specialty in higher vocational colleges. Conclusion:The practice has proved that through GMP teaching reformation, the teaching result was good, which could provide reference for GMP teaching in higher vocational colleges.
