针对任务工期不确定的资源约束多项目调度问题，采用调度鲁棒优化模型进行研究。在充分理解鲁棒优化项目调度原理的基础上，在一定的假设条件下结合均值－鲁棒模型，建立了多资源约束下多项目调度的鲁棒优化模型，采用遗传算法求解鲁棒优化模型并给出了求解步骤。结合一个建设项目的仿真实例，应用Matlab计算机程序进行模型的求解，验证了模型的有效性和可行性。

The robust optimization model was proposed to schedule multiple projects whose task duration was uncertain under resource constraints .The principle of robust optimization project scheduling and mean -robust model was discussed .The genetic algorithm was used to solve the robust optimization model and solution steps were put forward .Finally, the Matlab computer pro-gram was used for calculating model .The simulation of a certain construction project verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
