针对建设工程项目中业主需要定量化的分析方法，合理划分标段，实现效率与经济相统一的问题，给出了工程分标中子项目组合效应的概念，分析了在若干个假设条件下工程标段划分决策模型，指出了组合效应对子项目组合的影响，在此基础上对分标决策模型作进一步的推广，提出了建设工程标段划分的决策方法和步骤，并对建设工程标段划分的选择方法进行演示。所建立的标段划分数学模型，为解决建设项目的标段划分实际问题提供了新的理论平台。

Reasonable bid-section is one of the key of success factors in project;project owners need quantitative analysis to achieve efficiency and economic unity .The concept of the combined effects of project bid -sections was introduced .Then un-der six assumptions, a bid-section decision -making model was given based on two complementary sub -programs.And the impact of the sub-programs on the complementary was analyzed .On the basis of promotion , the bid-section model of the sub-programs was given .The method and procedure for the decision methods of bid division was also proposed and the mode selec -tion method was demonstrated .Generally, the model for division of bid sections established herein provides a new theoretical platform for dividing project bid sections in actual practice .
