京津冀三地，地域相连，推动协同发展有基础、有优势。但目前京津冀协同发展面临经济发展水平悬殊、功能定位不清、产业分工不合理等突出问题和矛盾。解决这些矛盾和问题的关键在于体制机制创新，理顺三地利益关系，核心在于产业一体化。从顶层设计、三地功能定位、产业分工与融合、交通一体化等方面研究推进京津冀协同发展，探索协同发展思路、机制、路径，希望为京津冀协同发展提供一份绵薄之力。
京津冀三地，地域相連，推動協同髮展有基礎、有優勢。但目前京津冀協同髮展麵臨經濟髮展水平懸殊、功能定位不清、產業分工不閤理等突齣問題和矛盾。解決這些矛盾和問題的關鍵在于體製機製創新，理順三地利益關繫，覈心在于產業一體化。從頂層設計、三地功能定位、產業分工與融閤、交通一體化等方麵研究推進京津冀協同髮展，探索協同髮展思路、機製、路徑，希望為京津冀協同髮展提供一份綿薄之力。
경진기삼지，지역상련，추동협동발전유기출、유우세。단목전경진기협동발전면림경제발전수평현수、공능정위불청、산업분공불합리등돌출문제화모순。해결저사모순화문제적관건재우체제궤제창신，리순삼지이익관계，핵심재우산업일체화。종정층설계、삼지공능정위、산업분공여융합、교통일체화등방면연구추진경진기협동발전，탐색협동발전사로、궤제、로경，희망위경진기협동발전제공일빈면박지력。
Beijing‐Tianjin‐Hebei region connected with each other ,there is foundation and advantages in promoting coordinated development .However ,at present ,the coordinated development of Beijing‐Tianjin‐Hebei region is facing many prominent problems and contradictions such as disparate economic develop‐ment level ,unclear function orientation and unreasonable industrial division .The key to solve these con‐tradictions and problems lies in institutional innovation ,rationalizing interest relations of the three re‐gions ,the core lies in the integration of industry .Coordinated development of Beijing‐Tianjin‐Hebei region was studied from following aspects :top‐level design ,function orientation of the three regions ,the indus‐trial division and integration and traffic integration ,so as to explore collaborative development idea ,mech‐anism and path ,and aim at contributing to the coordinated development of Beijing‐Tianjin‐Hebei region .
