从绝对性和相对性角度对高校人才培养中心地位的辩证理解,既有助于纠正高校办学实践中对大学核心使命认识的偏差,也构成了大学“全员育人”理念的逻辑起点。高校办公室应结合“统筹协调、信息传递、参谋服务”的部门特性,探索精细化管理之路,建立校院两级办公室联动机制,以充分发挥办公室系统的隐性育人功能,保障高校“全员育人”理念的落实。

The dialectical understanding of the central position of talent cultivation in university in terms of absoluteness and relativity is not only beneficial to correct the deviation on the core mission in school-running practice,but also to form the logical starting point on the idea of cultivation depending on everyone in university. School's general office should combine the department character including plan-ning and coordination,information transmission,advising and service,exploring the practice of refined management. Also,a two-stage office linkage mechanism should be built so as to give full play to the re-cessive educational function of the office system,guaranteeing the implementation of the idea of cultiva-tion depending on everyone.
