目的：比较不同补片固定方式下，腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术（TEP）治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法选取新疆医科大学第一附属医院2012年6月－2014年6月收治的腹股沟疝患者102例为研究对象，患者随机分为两组，A 组49例，B 组53例，两组均给予腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗，A 组给予钉合固定补片，B 组给予生物胶固定补片，比较两组患者的手术时间、术后疼痛、住院时间及疝复发等情况。结果两组患者手术顺利，无中转开腹的病例，术后 B 组的疼痛 VAS 评分为（0．6±0．3）分，明显小于 A 组（P ＜0．05），差异有统计学意义，两组患者手术时间、住院天数及复发率无明显差异（P ＞0．05）。结论腹腔镜下完全腹膜外疝修补术在治疗腹股沟疝中使用医用生物胶固定补片可以避兔损伤重要的神经、血管组织，止血效果好、减轻疼痈，没有增加手术后疝复发等并发症的风险，因此适合在腹股沟疝修补术中使用。
목적：비교불동보편고정방식하，복강경완전복막외산수보술（TEP）치료복고구산적림상료효。방법선취신강의과대학제일부속의원2012년6월－2014년6월수치적복고구산환자102례위연구대상，환자수궤분위량조，A 조49례，B 조53례，량조균급여복강경완전복막외산수보술치료，A 조급여정합고정보편，B 조급여생물효고정보편，비교량조환자적수술시간、술후동통、주원시간급산복발등정황。결과량조환자수술순리，무중전개복적병례，술후 B 조적동통 VAS 평분위（0．6±0．3）분，명현소우 A 조（P ＜0．05），차이유통계학의의，량조환자수술시간、주원천수급복발솔무명현차이（P ＞0．05）。결론복강경하완전복막외산수보술재치료복고구산중사용의용생물효고정보편가이피토손상중요적신경、혈관조직，지혈효과호、감경동옹，몰유증가수술후산복발등병발증적풍험，인차괄합재복고구산수보술중사용。
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect with different patch fixed way in laparoscopic to-tally extraperitoneal (TEP)hernia repair treamenting inguinal hernia.Methods In the first affiliated hos-pital of xinjiang medical university,between Jun 2012 and Jun 2014,102 cases of inguinal hernia patients were performed.As the research object,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in group A and 53 cases in group B,two groups were treamented with laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair.Group A was given nail fixed patch,group B was given biogum fixed patch,comparison of two groups patients with operation time,postoperative pain,length of hospital stay,recurrence of hernia, and so on and so forth.Results Two groups of patients with surgery smoothly,no transfer laparotomy cases.The postoperative pain VAS scores was lighter in group B than in group A (P <0.05).There were no significant differences between two groups in operation time,length of hospital stay and recurrence rate (P >0.05).Conclusions Used medical biogum to fix the patch in laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal her-nia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia can avoid injury of rabbit important nerves,blood vessels, better stop bleeding,alleviate sore carbuncle,did not increase the risk of complications such as postopera-tive hernia recurrence,therefore,it was fit for using in the groin hernia repair.
