目的：探讨对急诊科脑卒中患者实施预见性护理的临床效果。方法120例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予预见性护理。比较两组患者从入院到接受治疗的时间和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者入院到接受治疗的时间短于对照组，并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将预见性护理应用于急诊科脑卒中患者治疗中，可使患者以最快的速度接受针对性护理与治疗，有效降低并发症发生率，使护理效果得到提高。
목적：탐토대급진과뇌졸중환자실시예견성호리적림상효과。방법120례뇌졸중환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각60례。대조조급여상규호리，관찰조급여예견성호리。비교량조환자종입원도접수치료적시간화병발증발생정황。결과관찰조환자입원도접수치료적시간단우대조조，병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론장예견성호리응용우급진과뇌졸중환자치료중，가사환자이최쾌적속도접수침대성호리여치료，유효강저병발증발생솔，사호리효과득도제고。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of predictive nursing for stroke patients in emergency department. Methods A total of 120 stroke patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received predictive nursing. Time gap between admission and treatment, and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had shorter time gap between admission and treatment, and lower incidence of complications than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of predictive nursing for stroke patients in emergency department can provide fast targeted nursing and treatment to them, reduce incidence of complications, and improve nursing effect.
