目的：探讨肾透明细胞癌患者和健康人群血循环中微小 RNA-378（microRNA-378，即 miRNA-378）的表达差异及其临床意义。方法收集肾透明细胞癌患者（肾透明细胞癌组）和健康人群（对照组）血液标本各20例，采用实时定量 PCR 的方法检测两组标本 miRNA-378的表达情况，比较两者的表达差异，并分析 miRNA-378的表达与性别、年龄、民族、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分期、病理分级的相关性。结果与对照组比较，肾透明细胞癌组血浆中 miRNA-378呈现高表达，其表达为（2．13±1．8），平均表达量较对照组升高5倍；miRNA-378的表达水平与患者性别、年龄、民族、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分期、病理级别没有明显相关性。结论肾透明细胞癌患者血浆中 miRNA-378呈现高表达，有可能成为筛查肾透明细胞癌患者的生物学指标。
목적：탐토신투명세포암환자화건강인군혈순배중미소 RNA-378（microRNA-378，즉 miRNA-378）적표체차이급기림상의의。방법수집신투명세포암환자（신투명세포암조）화건강인군（대조조）혈액표본각20례，채용실시정량 PCR 적방법검측량조표본 miRNA-378적표체정황，비교량자적표체차이，병분석 miRNA-378적표체여성별、년령、민족、종류대소、종류분기、병리분급적상관성。결과여대조조비교，신투명세포암조혈장중 miRNA-378정현고표체，기표체위（2．13±1．8），평균표체량교대조조승고5배；miRNA-378적표체수평여환자성별、년령、민족、종류대소、종류분기、병리급별몰유명현상관성。결론신투명세포암환자혈장중 miRNA-378정현고표체，유가능성위사사신투명세포암환자적생물학지표。
Objective To investigate the expression difference and clinical significance of miRNA-378 in ser-um between renal clear cell carcinoma patients and healthy people.Methods 20 blood samples were ex-tracted from RCC patients (RCC group)and healthy people (the control group).We identified the miRNA-378 expression levels by RT-PCR method,compared the expression differences,and analyzed the expression of miRNA-378 to see if there are correlations with gender,age,nationality,tumor size,tumor stage,and pathological grading.Results Compared with the control group,the miRNA-378 expression levels in RCC group blood serum were higher,it is (2.13±1.8),and the average expression quantity was 5 times higher than that in the control group;there is no obvious correlation between miRNA-378 expression level and gender,age,nationality,tumor size,tumor stage and pathological grading.Conclusion The miRNA-378 presented high expression in RCC patients,so it was expected to be the biomarker of RCC.
