当前,建筑的能耗问题已经非常严重,而公共建筑在所有种类建筑中能源的消耗量最为惊人。其中,酒店类建筑以其不同寻常的运营模式占据很大比例。为此,笔者利用现有技术对国内一些大型酒店进行调研,对建筑物、建筑内空调系统和动力设备以及运行管理等方面进行了能耗的调查与分析,找出问题所在,并提出合理的应对措施。

Currently, the issue of building energy consumption has gotten very serious, and energy consumed by public buildings is most ghastly much. Hotel buildings account for a very high proportion in high energy consuming public buildings due to their different operation mode. So the author investigated some large hotels at home by existing techniques, investigated and analyzed energy consumption from perspectives of buildings, indoor air conditioning system, power equipment, operation, management, etc., to ifnd the causes, and raised rational solutions.
