目的：探讨肺结核大咯血窒息临床症状及护理措施，总结其临床护理经验。方法：选取2011年1月～2014年8月我院收治的肺结核大咯血窒息26例，对患者的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本研究的26例患者经临床监测和有效护理后，有25例患者转危为安，病情趋于稳定；另1例患者因抢救无效而死亡。结论：对肺结核大咯血窒息患者实施针对性干预护理能够有效改善病情，有效提高患者的生活质量，对减少临床死亡率具有积极重要意义。
목적：탐토폐결핵대각혈질식림상증상급호리조시，총결기림상호리경험。방법：선취2011년1월～2014년8월아원수치적폐결핵대각혈질식26례，대환자적림상호리자료진행회고성분석。결과：본연구적26례환자경림상감측화유효호리후，유25례환자전위위안，병정추우은정；령1례환자인창구무효이사망。결론：대폐결핵대각혈질식환자실시침대성간예호리능구유효개선병정，유효제고환자적생활질량，대감소림상사망솔구유적겁중요의의。
Objective To explore the clinical symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis big hemoptysis choke and nursing measures to summarize the clinical nursing experience. Methods Selected from January 2011 to August 2011, our hospital 26 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis big hemoptysis suffocation, the clinical nursing data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.
