在剖析旅游经济系统脆弱性内涵的基础上，构建评价指标体系，以山东沿海地区为研究对象，运用集对分析方法对其进行测度和评价，揭示沿海地区旅游经济系统脆弱性水平的时空演化特征，并提出相应的对策。2002-2011年，山东沿海地区旅游经济系统总体上呈现敏感性下降、应对性上升、脆弱性逐年下降的演变态势，且脆弱性水平地域差异显著，表现为空间上的演化特征。因此，应降低沿海地区旅游经济系统的整体脆弱性，平衡地域差异，从而提升整体应对能力，推动山东沿海地区旅游经济的可持续发展。

This paper analyzes the connotation of vulnerability of the tourist economy system and establishes its evaluation index sys-tem. With the coastal area of Shandong Province,China as its object of study,it adopts the method of set pair analysis. It first meas-ures and evaluates the vulnerability level of tourist economy system in the coastal areas of Shandong. Then it reveals the characteristics of the temporal and spatial evolution of the vulnerability level of the coastal tourist economy system,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The results show that between the years of 2002 and 2011,the coastal tourist economy system in Shandong generally presented an evolutionary tendency of decreasing sensitivity,rising responsive capacity and year-by-year falling vulnerability. Mean-while,there are significant regional differences in vulnerability with the characteristics of spatial evolution. Therefore,in order to pro-mote the overall responsive capacity and the sustainable development of coastal economic development in Shandong,such measures should be taken as reducing the vulnerability of coastal tourist economy system and achieving the balance of regional disparity.
