提高取料机可靠性运行的相关改造,主要是针对整车大梁下挠扭曲变形严重、斗轮系统支承辊频繁损坏、大车行走机构不同步这些瓶颈环节进行攻关、探讨,制定有效的整改措施,通过对整车大梁进行校正调整、改造斗轮系统支承辊、改造大车行走机构等一些列措施,实现了取料机整车运行可靠平稳。

Relevant modification to improve the operation reliability of reclaimer is mainly directed a-gainst such bottleneck links as serious deflection and distortion of the vehicle beam , frequent damage of bucket wheel system supporting roller and asynchronization of cart walking mechanism , and carry out re-searches and discussions , and then formulate effective measures .Through a series of measures such as vehicle beam correction adjustment , modification of bucket wheel system supporting roller and the run-ning mechanism and so on , stable and reliable running of the whole reclaimer is realized .
