以系统管理理论为研究视角，构建毕业实习与就业的联动机制，提出联动机制建立的必要性，分析高校学生毕业实习现状及存在的问题。在分析影响毕业实习与就业联动的因素的基础上，构建毕业实习与就业联动的保障机制、校企合作沟通机制、考评机制，促使毕业实习成功转化成就业，促进毕业实习与就业朝着良性方向发展。
以繫統管理理論為研究視角，構建畢業實習與就業的聯動機製，提齣聯動機製建立的必要性，分析高校學生畢業實習現狀及存在的問題。在分析影響畢業實習與就業聯動的因素的基礎上，構建畢業實習與就業聯動的保障機製、校企閤作溝通機製、攷評機製，促使畢業實習成功轉化成就業，促進畢業實習與就業朝著良性方嚮髮展。
이계통관리이론위연구시각，구건필업실습여취업적련동궤제，제출련동궤제건립적필요성，분석고교학생필업실습현상급존재적문제。재분석영향필업실습여취업련동적인소적기출상，구건필업실습여취업련동적보장궤제、교기합작구통궤제、고평궤제，촉사필업실습성공전화성취업，촉진필업실습여취업조착량성방향발전。
Based on the system management theory as the research angle of view,the construction of graduation practice and employment linkage mechanism,it is necessary to establish linkage mechanism,analysis of the current situation of College Students' graduation practice and existing problems. Graduation practice and employment base on the analysis of the construction of the school enterprise cooperation , safeguard mechanism,communication mechanism,evaluation mechanism and employment of graduation practice,graduation practice to success into employment,promote the graduation practice and employment in a positive direction.
