目的::考察快速水分测定法的影响因素,为其替代烘干法测定光慈姑药材的水分含量提供科学依据。方法:通过研究光慈姑药材的粒度、测定温度及样品质量,得出最优快速水分测定条件,并在最优条件下与烘干法测定结果进行对比。结果:快速水分测定法在最优条件粒度80目以下、温度155℃、样品质量3.0 g,所测光慈姑药材水分与烘干法差异无统计学意义。结论:快速水分测定法操作简便、测定迅速,可替代烘干法测定光慈姑药材的水分含量。

목적::고찰쾌속수분측정법적영향인소,위기체대홍간법측정광자고약재적수분함량제공과학의거。방법:통과연구광자고약재적립도、측정온도급양품질량,득출최우쾌속수분측정조건,병재최우조건하여홍간법측정결과진행대비。결과:쾌속수분측정법재최우조건립도80목이하、온도155℃、양품질량3.0 g,소측광자고약재수분여홍간법차이무통계학의의。결론:쾌속수분측정법조작간편、측정신속,가체대홍간법측정광자고약재적수분함량。
Objective: To study the influencing factors of fast moisture analysis techuique for providing scientific basis to replace conventional drying method for determining the moisture content in Tulipa edulis. Methods: The optimal condition of temperature, sample weight and particle size of Tulipa edulis for moisture content determination were obtained. Then the results of fast moisture analysis under optimal conditions were compared with that of conventional drying method. Results: The moisture content of Tulipa ednlis determined by fast moisture analysis technique under optimal conditions of below 80 mesh granularity, at 155 ℃, with sample of 3.0 g, had no significant difference with result of conventional drying method. Conclusion: The fast moisture analysis technique is simple and rapid. It can replace the conventional drying drying method to determine the moisture content of Tulipa edulis.
