在铝板带热连轧生产过程中,板带头部和尾部跑偏是普遍存在且难以解决的一个问题。在总结现场经验、详细分析引起跑偏的多个设备因素和人为操作因素的基础上,提出相应解决措施,采用模糊控制方法对轧机两侧辊缝偏差进行补偿,同时对轧机两侧刚度偏差进行补偿控制,以对板带进行跑偏控制。该纠偏控制方法成功应用到国内某1850 mm铝“1+4”热连轧线后,板带跑偏程度有了很大改善,生产作业率和卷形合格率得到了提高。
在鋁闆帶熱連軋生產過程中,闆帶頭部和尾部跑偏是普遍存在且難以解決的一箇問題。在總結現場經驗、詳細分析引起跑偏的多箇設備因素和人為操作因素的基礎上,提齣相應解決措施,採用模糊控製方法對軋機兩側輥縫偏差進行補償,同時對軋機兩側剛度偏差進行補償控製,以對闆帶進行跑偏控製。該糾偏控製方法成功應用到國內某1850 mm鋁“1+4”熱連軋線後,闆帶跑偏程度有瞭很大改善,生產作業率和捲形閤格率得到瞭提高。

In the process of aluminum hot continuous strip rolling,the strip running deviation for the head or tail is common and is difficult to deal with. Based on the experience obtained from working in the locale of rolling,several reasons for strip running deviation,including equipment malfunction and irrational operations,are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are provided in this paper. A fuzzy control method is provided to compensate the gap difference between the two sides of the mill and the stiffness difference is compensated at the same time. The strip rectifying control method is successful-ly applied in a certain 1 850 mm “1+4” aluminum hot continuous strip mill. The results show that the strip running deviation is reduced and the production rate and the qualified rate of stip are en-hanced.
