Based on analysis of the breaking cause of cooling water pipe of heating furnace , through such actions as controlling the quality of water in the cooling water pipe of heating furnace and tempera -ture up& down speed , changing the way of drawing billet , improving the structure of foundation wall , slide rail and water pipe , serious cooling water pipe deformation and breaking accidents are effectively prevented , productivity is improved , the service life of the cooling water pipe is prolonged , the cost is saved and the benefit is increased .
