钢包自动开浇对钢水纯净度有严重影响，本文分析了影响钢包自动开浇的主要原因，通过采取改善引流砂质量、加入方式、上水口情况、引流砂的烘烤、精炼冶炼时间及标准化操作程度等措施，成功解决了钢包自动开浇问题，使通钢薄板坯生产线钢包自动开浇率达到了99．86％以上。
鋼包自動開澆對鋼水純淨度有嚴重影響，本文分析瞭影響鋼包自動開澆的主要原因，通過採取改善引流砂質量、加入方式、上水口情況、引流砂的烘烤、精煉冶煉時間及標準化操作程度等措施，成功解決瞭鋼包自動開澆問題，使通鋼薄闆坯生產線鋼包自動開澆率達到瞭99．86％以上。

Ladle pouring has serious impact on the purity of molten steel .This paper analyzes the main reasons which affect the automatic ladle pouring .Through taking such measures as improving drainage sand quality , adding method , condition of upper nozzle , drainage sand baking smelting and refining time, and standard operation level and so on , the problem of the automatic ladle pouring is successfully resolved, and thin slab production line automatic pouring rate reached more than 99.86%.
