针对某厂CSP热连轧二级控制系统存在的软硬件故障率高、部分高档产品控制精度低等问题,提出一套适合在线实施的全面升级方案。在现有一级系统基本保持不变的原则下,采用新的二级系统代替原有二级系统,改造后的新二级系统实现了轧件跟踪、实测值处理、数学模型等关键功能。改造中,为了便于新系统调试优化,采用通信网关服务器技术实现新旧系统的并行运行和在线切换。

Aiming at the problems of high failure rate and low control accuracy for some high-end products in a certain CSP hot strip L2 control system,a set of comprehensively upgrade program that is suitable for online implementation is put forward in this paper. Based on the principle that the ex-isting L1 control system remains unchanged,a new L2 system is introduced to replace the original L2 system. The upgraded L2 system can implement key functions such as strip tracking,measured value handling, mathematical model, etc. In order to facilitate the commissioning and optimization of the new system,the data gateway technology is adopted to realize the parallel operation and online switch between the new and old system.
