绿色GDP是指从传统GDP中扣除资源消耗成本和治理污染费用的国民生产总值，可以反映经济增长带来的问题。通过对沈阳市2002—2011年能源资源消耗、水资源消耗、耕地资源、环境污染成本作为核算要素，对沈阳市绿色GDP的核算，可看出沈阳市绿色GDP逐年增长，但沈阳市能源消耗仍占据很大的比例。因此，沈阳市还需要提高能源的利用率，推广清洁生产以及调整产业结构，进一步发展第三产业，促进沈阳市的经济可持续发展。

Green GDP is the cost which refers to the traditional GDP deducted from the cost of resource consumption and pollution,it’s also reflects problem brought by economic growth. This paper take the accounting elements such as consumption of energy,water resource ,arable land resources,and environmental pollution costing to check the green GDP of Shenyang in 2002—2011.As a result,Shenyang green GDP increased by year,but energy consumption still account for a large amount.Therefore,Shenyang should improve energy efficiency,promote clean production,adjust the industrial structure,and develop the third industry,to promote sustainable economic development.
