目的：探讨高频超声引导下微创治疗浅部肛周脓肿的疗效。方法2012年3月至2014年5月在四川省人民医院就诊的浅部肛周脓肿患者36例，其中18例采用高频超声探头引导穿刺治疗（ A组），另18例采用手术切开引流（ B组），观察比较两组疗效。结果 A、B两组治愈率分别为100％和94．4％，差异无统计学意义（χ2＝0．014，P＞0．05），但A组疼痛程度低于B组，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝6．051，P＜0．05），肉芽水肿的形成方面差异无统计学意义（χ2＝2．857，P ＞0．05）。结论高频超声探头引导下微创治疗浅部肛周脓肿操作简单、创伤小、痛苦小、疗效确切，值得临床推广与应用。
목적：탐토고빈초성인도하미창치료천부항주농종적료효。방법2012년3월지2014년5월재사천성인민의원취진적천부항주농종환자36례，기중18례채용고빈초성탐두인도천자치료（ A조），령18례채용수술절개인류（ B조），관찰비교량조료효。결과 A、B량조치유솔분별위100％화94．4％，차이무통계학의의（χ2＝0．014，P＞0．05），단A조동통정도저우B조，차이유통계학의의（χ2＝6．051，P＜0．05），육아수종적형성방면차이무통계학의의（χ2＝2．857，P ＞0．05）。결론고빈초성탐두인도하미창치료천부항주농종조작간단、창상소、통고소、료효학절，치득림상추엄여응용。
Objective To observe the curative effect of high-frequency ultrasound-guided paracentesis in the treatment of peri-anal abscess .Methods From March 2012 to May 2014 ,36 patients with perianal abscess visiting Sichuan Provincial People ’s Hospital were recruited in our study.Of these patients,18 cases were treated with high-frequency ultrasound-guided paracentesis(A group) while another 18 cases were treated with operative drainage ( B group) .The curative effect was compared between the two groups .Results The curative rate in the A group was 100%while that in the B group was 94.4%.The difference between the two groups was not statis-tically significant (χ2=0.014 ,P>0.05 ) .The difference in the pain degree was statistically significant (χ2=6.051 ,P<0.05 ) between the two groups,but not in the granulation edema formation (χ2=2.857,P >0.05).Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound-guided paracentesis in the treatment of perirectal abscess is simple ,effective,and could lessen the pain degree .It is worthy of further clinical application .
