目的:研究分析肾舒颗粒与坦索罗辛联合治疗输尿管较小结石的改善疼痛及辅助排石效果。方法:抽取2013.01-2014.01期间在我院就诊治疗的90例单发输尿管较小结合患者,通过随机数字表法将其进行分组,对照组45例患者应用坦索罗辛进行治疗;治疗组45例患者应用坦索罗辛联合肾舒颗粒进行治疗。结果:治疗组患者结石排出率约为86.7%(39/45)远远高于对照组的75.6%(34/45),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;肾绞痛平均发作率约为15.6%(7/45)远远低于对照组的31.1%(14/45), P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:肾舒颗粒与坦索罗辛联合治疗输尿管较小结合具有高效、安全的特点,可有效促进结石排出,降低肾绞痛的发生率。

목적:연구분석신서과립여탄색라신연합치료수뇨관교소결석적개선동통급보조배석효과。방법:추취2013.01-2014.01기간재아원취진치료적90례단발수뇨관교소결합환자,통과수궤수자표법장기진행분조,대조조45례환자응용탄색라신진행치료;치료조45례환자응용탄색라신연합신서과립진행치료。결과:치료조환자결석배출솔약위86.7%(39/45)원원고우대조조적75.6%(34/45),P<0.05,차이유통계학의의;신교통평균발작솔약위15.6%(7/45)원원저우대조조적31.1%(14/45), P<0.05,차이유통계학의의。결론:신서과립여탄색라신연합치료수뇨관교소결합구유고효、안전적특점,가유효촉진결석배출,강저신교통적발생솔。
Objective Research and analysis of renal shu particles and solo symplectic joint effect in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Method Extraction of 2013.01 to 2014.01 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 90 patients with single small ureteral calculi, random grouping, control group 45 cases applied tan solo treatment;Treatment group 45 cases with application of combined renal shu tan solo symplectic particles for treatment. Results Treatment group patients with calculous eduction rate at about 86.7%(39/45) is much higher than the control group 75.6%(34/45), P<0.05;Renal colic average attack rate is about 15.6%(7/45) is much lower than the control group 31.1%(14/45), P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Renal shu particles with small tan solo symplectic combination therapy of ureteral has the characteristics of high efficiency, safety, can effectively promote the calculi discharge, reduce the incidence of renal colic.
