针对热连轧自动化改造中系统调试影响现场生产的问题,在马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司CSP二级系统改造中,设计一台网关服务器完成一级系统与新旧二级系统的数据通信,实现两套二级系统并行运行和在线切换,达到了降低系统改造风险和缩短系统调试周期的目的。本方案已成功应用于马钢CSP现场生产,对类似的系统改造项目具有推广意义。

In order to solve the problem that the production may be effected by the system debugging in the automatic system improvement of hot strip mill line,a gateway server which can accomplish the data communication between the level 1 system and the old and new level 2 system is designed in the CSP level 2 system improvement project of Maanshan Iron& Steel Co. Ltd. The server enables paral-lel running and online switching of the two systems,which can reduce the risk of system improvement and shorten the debugging period. The designing plan is applied in the CSP line of Maanshan Iron &Steel Co. Ltd. successfully and can be used in the similar system improvement project.
