目的：探讨C臂CT在肺大细胞神经内分泌癌活检术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经病理免疫组化证实为肺大细胞神经内分泌癌15例患者的C臂CT和纤维支气管镜活检结果阳性率。结果 C臂CT和纤维支气管镜活检阳性率分别为86.67%(13/15)和13.33%(2/15)，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 C臂CT对肺大细胞神经内分泌癌活检准确率高，有重要临床应用价值。
목적：탐토C비CT재폐대세포신경내분비암활검술중적응용개치。방법회고성분석경병리면역조화증실위폐대세포신경내분비암15례환자적C비CT화섬유지기관경활검결과양성솔。결과 C비CT화섬유지기관경활검양성솔분별위86.67%(13/15)화13.33%(2/15)，비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 C비CT대폐대세포신경내분비암활검준학솔고，유중요림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate the application value of C-arm CT in biopsy of lung large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma. Methods Positive rates of biopsy by C-arm CT and fiber bronchoscope were retrospectively analyzed in 15 diagnosed lung large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma patients by pathological immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of biopsy by C-arm CT and fiber bronchoscope were respectively 86.67%(13/15) and 13.33%(2/15). The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion C-arm CT has high accuracy in biopsy of lung large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma, and it contains important value for clinical application.
