目的：探讨医用胶原蛋白海绵联合聚丙烯疝修补网在老年腹股沟疝患者无张力疝修补手术中的应用。方法老年腹股沟疝患者185例，随机分成对照组(90例)和观察组(95例)。对照组在无张力疝修补术中单纯采用聚丙烯疝修补网；观察组采用医用胶原蛋白海绵联合聚丙烯疝修补网，观察两组术后效果。结果两组患者在手术时间、并发症发生率、复发率、住院时间及恢复正常活动时间上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医用胶原蛋白海绵联合聚丙烯疝修补网在老年腹股沟疝患者无张力疝修补手术中有良好的效果，值得推广。
목적：탐토의용효원단백해면연합취병희산수보망재노년복고구산환자무장력산수보수술중적응용。방법노년복고구산환자185례，수궤분성대조조(90례)화관찰조(95례)。대조조재무장력산수보술중단순채용취병희산수보망；관찰조채용의용효원단백해면연합취병희산수보망，관찰량조술후효과。결과량조환자재수술시간、병발증발생솔、복발솔、주원시간급회복정상활동시간상비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론의용효원단백해면연합취병희산수보망재노년복고구산환자무장력산수보수술중유량호적효과，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the application of medical collagen sponge combined with polypropylene hernia repair mesh in tension-free hernioplasty for senile inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 185 patients with senile inguinal hernia were randomly divided into control group (90 cases) and observation group (95 cases). The control group received polypropylene hernia repair mesh alone in tension-free hernioplasty, while the observation group received medical collagen sponge combined with polypropylene hernia repair mesh in tension-free hernioplasty. Postoperative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The differences of operation, incidence of complications, recurrence rate, hospital stay, and recovery time of normal activity all had statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of medical collagen sponge and polypropylene hernia repair mesh provides good effect in tension-free hernioplasty for senile inguinal hernia, and it is worth promotion.
