目的：探讨耳廓前囊壁软骨部分切除术治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法90例耳廓假性囊肿患者切除囊肿前壁中间部分约2/3软骨，吸净囊液，用刮匙充分搔刮残余前囊壁和后囊壁软骨，创造新鲜软骨创面，然后行切口处皮肤及软骨全层间断缝合，加压包扎。结果应用耳廓前囊壁软骨部分切除术治疗耳廓假性囊肿90例，均治愈，无一例复发，术后耳廓无畸形。结论耳廓前囊壁软骨部分切除术治疗耳廓假性囊肿，具有简单易行、损伤少、不影响外观、不复发、长期疗效稳定等优点，且无明显并发症，是治疗耳廓假性囊肿的可靠方法，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토이곽전낭벽연골부분절제술치료이곽가성낭종적료효。방법90례이곽가성낭종환자절제낭종전벽중간부분약2/3연골，흡정낭액，용괄시충분소괄잔여전낭벽화후낭벽연골，창조신선연골창면，연후행절구처피부급연골전층간단봉합，가압포찰。결과응용이곽전낭벽연골부분절제술치료이곽가성낭종90례，균치유，무일례복발，술후이곽무기형。결론이곽전낭벽연골부분절제술치료이곽가성낭종，구유간단역행、손상소、불영향외관、불복발、장기료효은정등우점，차무명현병발증，시치료이곽가성낭종적가고방법，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of auricular cartilage capsule wall partial resection in the treatment of auricular pseudocyst. Methods A total of 90 auricular pseudocyst patients received 2/3 resection in auricular cartilage capsule wall. Ovarian cyst fluid was suctioned, and the remaining cartilage of anterior and posterior capsule wall was fully scalped for new cartilage surface. Skin and cartilage were sutured interruptedly and the wound was dressed with compression bandage. Results There was no recurrent case and malformation in auricula after auricular cartilage capsule wall partial resection in successful treatment of 90 auricular pseudocyst cases. Conclusion Auricular cartilage capsule wall partial resection contains the advantages of easily operational, small invasive, and it had no influence on appearance with no recurrence or complcations and stable long-term effect. It is a reliable method for treating auricular pseudocyst, and is worth clinical promotion and application.
