目的：研究射干麻黄汤加减联合穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘发作期的临床效果。方法101例支气管哮喘中医辨证为寒哮的患者，将其随机分为试验组51例和对照组50例。试验组采用射干麻黄汤加减联合穴位敷贴治疗，对照组根据病情采用西医对症治疗，基础治疗即氧疗、茶碱缓释片、沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂，疗程为2周。观察两组患者的肺功能、步行6 min距离、嗜酸性粒细胞改变情况。结果试验组与对照组治疗前后组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、一秒率(FEV1%)、步行6 min距离、嗜酸性粒细胞值明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射干麻黄汤加减联合穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘发作期的临床效果显著，值得在临床推广。
목적：연구사간마황탕가감연합혈위부첩치료지기관효천발작기적림상효과。방법101례지기관효천중의변증위한효적환자，장기수궤분위시험조51례화대조조50례。시험조채용사간마황탕가감연합혈위부첩치료，대조조근거병정채용서의대증치료，기출치료즉양료、다감완석편、사미특라체잡송분흡입제，료정위2주。관찰량조환자적폐공능、보행6 min거리、기산성립세포개변정황。결과시험조여대조조치료전후조내비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；시험조일초용력호기용적(FEV1)、일초솔(FEV1%)、보행6 min거리、기산성립세포치명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론사간마황탕가감연합혈위부첩치료지기관효천발작기적림상효과현저，치득재림상추엄。
Objective To research the clinical effect by Shegan Mahuang decoction modification combined with acupoint application in the treatment of onset stage of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 101 bronchial asthma patients, as cold asthma in TCM syndrome differentiation, were randomly divided into experimental group with 51 cases and control group with 50 cases. The experimental group received Shegan Mahuang decoction modification combined with acupoint application, and the control group received Western medicine for symptomatic treatment. Basic treatment included oxygen therapy, theophylline sustained release tablets, salmeterol and fluticas powder inhalation lasting for 2 weeks. Pulmonary function, walking distance in 6 min, and changes of eosinophilic granulocyte of the two groups were observed. Results The differences before and after treatment in the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). The experimental group had much better forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1%), walking distance in 6 min, and eosinophilic granulocyte value than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of Shegan Mahuang decoction modification combined with acupoint application provides precise effect in treating onset stage of bronchial asthma, and it is worth clinical promotion.
