为建立绿色交通体系,实现低碳生态新城的发展目标,分析了低碳生态新城的发展导向及对交通的发展要求。以低碳生态的功能要求和绿色交通的发展需求为导向,从交通需求、交通设施、交通运行三方面构建了低碳生态新城绿色交通发展指标体系。重点从土地利用模式、公共交通、道路网络、慢行交通、智能交通、新能源汽车六个方面提出了低碳生态新城绿色交通发展对策。

To build an environmentally friendly transportation system and achieve low carbon level for a new town, the authors analyzed the development orientation for a new towns to become a low-carbon eco-city. The requirements for the correspondent transportation system were analyzed as well. Guided by the new towns’ function requirements of ecological low carbon level and green trafifc, this paper established a index system for green trafifc system development in three major areas: trafifc demand, trafifc facilities, traffic operation. According to the goals of low-carbon eco-new towns, focus from land use pattern, the public traffic, road network, slow transportation, intelligent transportation, new energy vehicles, countermeasures on how to develop green trafifc were put forwarded in this paper.
