目的：为促进每台手术顺利进行，节约手术时间及手术接台时间。方法：成立器械室；培养器械管理人才。合理运用人才，明确相应职责，征求手术医生的意见，实行术前提供手术器械，术中临时紧急供给，术后按国家规定进行刷洗、保养、消毒。结果：保证了所有第一台手术在09：00准时开始，缩短了手术接台时间，提高了手术医生的满意度，使整个手术室工作有条不紊地进行。结论：专人保管器械能为各种手术提供及时准确、优质的器械，是手术顺利进行的重要保障。
