目的:探讨心血管疾病教学中开展循证医学教学的实践效果。方法:选取临床心内科实习学生97名,采用随机分组的原则分为EBM组和对照组,其中EBM组49名,对照组48名。EBM组采用小组单位循证医学教学,对照组采用传统教学方法,比较两组在心血管疾病教学中的成绩和临床技能考核分数。结果:通过实验显示E B M组平均成绩为(79.45±7.30)分,对照组平均成绩(67.92±6.87)分,其中临床技能考核中E B M组成绩为(10.73±4.76)分,对照组成绩为(9.45±5.78)分,通过t检验,两者间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),E B M组成绩要优于对照组。结论:循证医学理论在心血管疾病教学的应用具有很好的效果,具有一定的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Evidence-based medicine teaching practice in the teaching of cardiovascular disease. Methods:Clinical Cardiology selected 97 student interns, EBM were randomly divided into two groups, which EBM group 49, control group 48. EBM group with evidence-based medicine teaching unit group, the control group using traditional teaching methods. Results:EBM group, the average score was (79.45 ± 7.30) points, the average score in the control group (67.92 ± 6.87) points, including clinical skills assessment score in the EBM group (10.73 ± 4.76) points, the score of the control group (9.45 ± 5.78) points, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) between the two. Conclusions:Evidence-based medicine theory in cardiovascular disease teaching has a good effect, with a certain value.
