目的：探讨人工关节置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法：采用人工股骨头或全髋关节置换治疗29例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者。结果：手术时间平均45min，平均输血400ml。术后3～5天下地21例，7～10天下地5例，10～14天下地3例。按Harris评分标准：优18例，良33例，可11例，优良率达83.2%。结论高龄股骨转子间骨折行髋关节置换，可早期下地行走，减少卧床引起的并发症，可作为治疗转子间骨折的一种选择，但应慎用。
목적：탐토인공관절치환치료고령고골전자간골절적료효。방법：채용인공고골두혹전관관절치환치료29례고령고골전자간골절환자。결과：수술시간평균45min，평균수혈400ml。술후3～5천하지21례，7～10천하지5례，10～14천하지3례。안Harris평분표준：우18례，량33례，가11례，우량솔체83.2%。결론고령고골전자간골절행관관절치환，가조기하지행주，감소와상인기적병발증，가작위치료전자간골절적일충선택，단응신용。
