假设已知压气机进口温度和压气机效率,用VB编程反算此工况不同压比下的IGV温控基准,并采用OriginPro 7.5软件将不同工况下的IGV温控基准曲线化。由曲线图结合IGV温控基准逻辑,提出IGV温控基准优化的方法,并将优化后的IGV温控基准曲线化。
假設已知壓氣機進口溫度和壓氣機效率,用VB編程反算此工況不同壓比下的IGV溫控基準,併採用OriginPro 7.5軟件將不同工況下的IGV溫控基準麯線化。由麯線圖結閤IGV溫控基準邏輯,提齣IGV溫控基準優化的方法,併將優化後的IGV溫控基準麯線化。

With the inlet temperature and efficiency condition of the compressor being known,the IGV temperature control criteria under different pressure ratios in this working condition can be gained through back-calculation by means of VB programming.In addition,the curves of the criteria in different working conditions can be obtained with the help of Orig-inPro 7.5.Based on the combination of the curves and the IGV temperature control criteria logic,this article puts forward relevant methods for the optimization of the criteria and creates the curves of the optimized criteria.
