提出利用“北斗卫星导航系统”技术建设智能配网的新方案,基于北斗卫星通信方式的电力104规约数据的智能物联网后台接入系统,能降低运行维护工作的强度,提高工作效率,提高供电可靠性,增进用户精益化管理程度。

This article puts forward a new scheme for the construction of the intelligent distribution network by means of the technology of“Beidou Navigation Satellite System”.In addition,it studies the background data access system of the intelligent internet of things based on the combination of the communication mode of Beidou Satellite and IEC60870-5-104 ,which can reduce the working strength of the operation and maintenance as well as enhancing the working efficiency,the reliability of power supply and the degree of customers'lean management.
