针对矿山供水管网参数多、不易测量的问题,设计了远程无线监测系统。采用SIEM ENS PLC作为采集控制单元,扩展了模拟量采集模块,采集压力、流量、电流等信号,通过RS485接口实现与数传电台的通信,依靠以太网模块实现数据共享。研究表明该方案可以很好地解决矿山供水管网监测技术问题。

According to the mine water supply pipe network problem of lots of parameters and difficult measurement ,designed a remote wireless monitoring system .Using SIEMENS PLC as the data acquisition control unit ,the expansion of the analog acqui-sition module for collecting the pressure ,flow rate ,current signal ,through the communication implementation and data transmis-sion radio of RS485 interface ,rely on ethernet module to achieve data sharing .Study shows that the proposed scheme can well solve the problem of mine water supply network monitoring technology problem .
