目的:比较来曲唑(LE)和氯米芬(CC)治疗经预处理后的多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者的治疗效果。方法63例PCOS不孕患者,于本院行第1次促排卵,经预处理3~6个月。随机分为两组, LE组29个周期,月经第3~5天始每天服用CC 50 mg,共5 d。CC组34个周期,月经第3~5天始每天服用LE 5 mg,共5 d。结果 LE组人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日子宫内膜厚度高于CC组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间HCG日≥18 mm卵泡数、周期妊娠率、多胎妊娠率、自然流产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于PCOS不孕患者,与CC相比, LE对子宫内膜无不良影响,诱导排卵效果和周期妊娠结局相当。

목적:비교래곡서(LE)화록미분(CC)치료경예처리후적다낭란소종합정(PCOS)불잉환자적치료효과。방법63례PCOS불잉환자,우본원행제1차촉배란,경예처리3~6개월。수궤분위량조, LE조29개주기,월경제3~5천시매천복용CC 50 mg,공5 d。CC조34개주기,월경제3~5천시매천복용LE 5 mg,공5 d。결과 LE조인융모막촉성선격소(HCG)일자궁내막후도고우CC조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。량조간HCG일≥18 mm란포수、주기임신솔、다태임신솔、자연유산솔비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론대우PCOS불잉환자,여CC상비, LE대자궁내막무불량영향,유도배란효과화주기임신결국상당。
Objective To compare the curative effects between letrozole (LE) and clomiphene citrate (CC) in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) after pretreatment. Methods There were 63 PCOS infertility patients receiving the first time of ovulation induction in our hospital by pretreatment for 3~6 months. They were randomly divided into two groups. LE group received daily 50 mg of CC at 3~5 d for 5 d in 29 menstruation cycles. CC group received daily 5 mg of LE in 3~5 d for 5 d in 34 menstruation cycles. Results LE group had higher endometrial thickness on human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) day than CC group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The differences of HCG ≥18 mm follicle number, period pregnancy rate, multiple pregnancy rate, and spontaneous abortion rate between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with CC, LE has no adverse influence on endometrium in PCOS infertility patients, while they both have similar ovulation induction effects and period pregnancy outcomes.
