目的：探讨皮肤CT在基底细胞癌手术治疗中的应用。方法选取四川省人民医院皮肤外科2012年3月至2013年12月临床诊断为基底细胞癌的患者20例，应用皮肤CT对病损及其边界进行检测并指导手术切除范围，手术切除组织送术中冰冻及行病理切片检查，评估皮肤CT指导手术切除范围的可行性。结果应用皮肤CT指导手术切除范围，其中18例患者，术中冰冻组织切片报告显示标车四周边缘未见肿瘤组织累及。结论皮肤CT能正确指导基底细胞癌的手术切除范围。
목적：탐토피부CT재기저세포암수술치료중적응용。방법선취사천성인민의원피부외과2012년3월지2013년12월림상진단위기저세포암적환자20례，응용피부CT대병손급기변계진행검측병지도수술절제범위，수술절제조직송술중빙동급행병리절편검사，평고피부CT지도수술절제범위적가행성。결과응용피부CT지도수술절제범위，기중18례환자，술중빙동조직절편보고현시표차사주변연미견종류조직루급。결론피부CT능정학지도기저세포암적수술절제범위。
Objective To investigate the application of skin CT,as viewed by in vivo reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM), in the diagnosis and treatment of basal cell carcinoma .Methods Twenty patients who were clinically diagnosed as basal cell carcinoma at the department of dermatologic surgery in our hospital were further evaluated by using the skin CT that was also used to delineate the surgical margins .The surgical removed tissues were frozen for pathological examination to evaluate the feasibility of skin CT to guide the operative margins.Results In 18 patients whose operations were guided by the skin CT ,pathological examination showed that there were no tumor residues in the removed frozen tissues .Conclusion The results demonstrate that the skin CT can correctly guide the op-erative margins during the surgical therapy of the tumor .
