目的：观察加减桃红四物汤治疗原发性痛经临床疗效。方法：用加减桃红四物汤治疗246例原发性痛经患者，用法：月经前5天服用，一天一剂，水煎分两次服，连服7天，3个月为一个疗程，连续治疗一个疗程观察疗效。结果：246例患者中，治愈198例，治愈率为80.49％；有效42例，有效率17.07％；无效6例，无效率为2.44％；总有效率为97.56％。结论：加减桃红四物汤配方严谨，用药精当，临床治疗原发性痛经疗效明显。

목적：관찰가감도홍사물탕치료원발성통경림상료효。방법：용가감도홍사물탕치료246례원발성통경환자，용법：월경전5천복용，일천일제，수전분량차복，련복7천，3개월위일개료정，련속치료일개료정관찰료효。결과：246례환자중，치유198례，치유솔위80.49％；유효42례，유효솔17.07％；무효6례，무효솔위2.44％；총유효솔위97.56％。결론：가감도홍사물탕배방엄근，용약정당，림상치료원발성통경료효명현。
Objective To observe the clinical treatment on the soup added and subtracted the peach and safflower to treat the primary dysmenorrheal. Method Use the soup added and subtracted the peach and safflower to treat the 246 cases of patients with the primary dysmenorrheal. Usage To take it 5 days before menstruation, a dose per day, and take it in two times with decocting for 7 days, 3 months for a period of treatment. Observe the effect after a course of continuous treatment. Result 198 cases are cured in 246 cases with the cure rate of 80.49%;42 efficient cases with the rate of 17.07%;6 inefficient cases with the rate of 2.44%;the total efficient rate is 97.56%. Conclusion The formula of the soup added and subtracted the peach and safflower is rigorous, and the drug use is precise, also the curative effect of clinical treatment on the primary dysmenorrheal is obvious.
