目的：探讨雷莫司琼联合地塞米松预防肺癌化疗急性呕吐临床效果。方法：80患者分为两组，每组40例。治疗组给予雷莫司琼、地塞米松进行预防；对照组给予雷莫司琼进行预防。比较两组患者服用药物一个疗程后急性呕吐的不良反应发生率。结果：通过两组比较，治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组的有效率，具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：采用雷莫司琼联合地塞米松的方式预防化疗引起的不良反应，能够有效减轻化疗后的急性呕吐反应，因此受到人们的高度重视。
목적：탐토뢰막사경연합지새미송예방폐암화료급성구토림상효과。방법：80환자분위량조，매조40례。치료조급여뢰막사경、지새미송진행예방；대조조급여뢰막사경진행예방。비교량조환자복용약물일개료정후급성구토적불량반응발생솔。결과：통과량조비교，치료조적유효솔명현고우대조조적유효솔，구유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론：채용뢰막사경연합지새미송적방식예방화료인기적불량반응，능구유효감경화료후적급성구토반응，인차수도인문적고도중시。
Objective To investigate and analyze clinical effects of ramosetron plus dexamethasone to prevent acute vomiting in lung canc-er chemotherapy. Method 80 cases of lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group of 40 patients. The treatment group of patient received ramosetron,dexamethasone for prevention;patients in control group were given Ramose-tron for prevention. Comparison of an incidence of adverse reactions of acute vomiting in the two groups of patients taking the drug after a course of treatment. Results By comparison of the two groups,efficiency of treatment group was significantly higher,there was statistically sig-nificant( P<0. 05). Conclusion The way of ramosetron plus dexamethasone to prevent adverse effects caused by chemotherapy,which can ef-fectively alleviate acute vomiting after chemotherapy,so it should be attach the people's attention.
