在“加快发展现代职业教育”的号召下,各地中等职业学校正努力探索各种办学模式,包括如何创新人才培养模式、设置合理专业、加快专业建设、提高教学质量等。结合实际教学经验,在校企合作的大背景下,分析微观课堂教学存在的问题,探寻“双师双证”课堂教学模式在中等职业教育实践中的必要性与可行性。

재“가쾌발전현대직업교육”적호소하,각지중등직업학교정노력탐색각충판학모식,포괄여하창신인재배양모식、설치합리전업、가쾌전업건설、제고교학질량등。결합실제교학경험,재교기합작적대배경하,분석미관과당교학존재적문제,탐심“쌍사쌍증”과당교학모식재중등직업교육실천중적필요성여가행성。
Under the idea of “Speeding up the development of modern vocational education”,secondary vocational schools are trying to explore various school-running modes such as innovating talent training mode,setting up a more reasonable specialty,speeding up the professional construction,improving the quality of classroom teaching are considered.Combining the practical experiences with the existing problems in micro class teaching,the thesis explores the necessity and feasibility of “Double-qualified”teaching mode in vocational schools under school-enter-prise cooperation.
