研究了两相区、单相区退火和双重退火对Ti-55531合金组织和性能的影响。两相区退火后合金的组织为由条状α相、等轴状α相和β转变组织组成的双态组织,随着第一阶段退火温度的升高,等轴状α相比例呈降低的趋势;单相区退火后合金为带有粗大β晶粒的魏氏组织,随着退火温度的升高,β晶粒长大;双重退火后合金组织中含有较大比例的针状α相。两相区退火可获得较高的延伸率、断面收缩率,但抗拉强度较低;单相区退火可获得较好的强塑性匹配;单相区双重退火后合金具有最高的抗拉强度,而合金延伸率、断面收缩率最低。

Effects of isothermal annealing and dual-annealing on microstructure and mechanical properties were inves-tigated.Annealing treatment in (α+β) phase field leads to form a duplex microstructure consisting of strip α, equiaxedαand transformed βphases.With the increase of the temperature of the first stage annealing, the volume fraction of primaryαphase decreases.Annealing treatment in βphase field leads to form widmanstatten microstruc-ture.With the increase of the annealing temperature, theβgrain size increases.Dual-annealing treatment inβphase field leads to form a microstructure containing a lot of acicular αphase.Annealing treatment in (α+β) phase field leads to higher elongation and section shrinkage, but the tensile strength is lower.Annealing treatment in βphase field can gain good matching of tensile strength and plasticity.Dual-annealing treatment inβphase, the alloy has the highest tensile strength and plasticity is poor.
