目的：研究分析采用护理干预在预防胃肠道术后粘连性肠梗阻中的临床效果。方法：选取收治的80例行胃肠道手术的患者，将所有患者分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予护理干预。对比观察两组患者护理后的胃肠功能恢复时间以及粘连性肠梗阻发生率。结果：观察组的胃肠功能恢复时间以及粘连性肠梗阻发生率明显低于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对行胃肠道手术的患者给予护理干预措施能够有效减少胃肠功能恢复时间，预防粘连性肠梗阻发生，值得临床大力推广。
목적：연구분석채용호리간예재예방위장도술후점련성장경조중적림상효과。방법：선취수치적80례행위장도수술적환자，장소유환자분위대조조화관찰조각40례，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조재대조조기출상급여호리간예。대비관찰량조환자호리후적위장공능회복시간이급점련성장경조발생솔。결과：관찰조적위장공능회복시간이급점련성장경조발생솔명현저우대조조，차이유현저통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：대행위장도수술적환자급여호리간예조시능구유효감소위장공능회복시간，예방점련성장경조발생，치득림상대력추엄。
Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the prevention of adhesive intestinal obstruction after gastroin-testinal surgery. Method 80 cases of gastrointestinal operation were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group on the basis of the control group received nurs-ing intervention. The incidence of comparative observation of two groups of patients after the recovery time of gastrointestinal function nursing and adhesive intestinal obstruction. Results In the observation group,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and adhesive intestinal ob-struction were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion For patients un-dergoing gastric intestinal operation,nursing intervention measures can effectively reduce the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,preven-tion of adhesive intestinal obstruction occurred,worthy of clinical popularization.
