目的：探究优质护理服务在癌痛病房中的作用。方法：选取收治的60例患者进行观察，将这60例患者随机分为两组，记为观察组和对照组，其中观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上进行优质服务，对照组患者仅仅采用常规的治疗方法，观察两组患者在进行优质护理过程中的满意程度。使用匹兹堡睡眠效果指数进行患者睡眠状况的评测，将观察组和对照组的患者在治疗过程中的焦虑程度制成表格，便于统计和观察。结果：观察组的患者在护理满意程度方面等指标都明显好于对照组，观察组和对照组患者在临床护理效果对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：通过此次临床应用分析可以看出，癌症是一种十分严重的疾病，癌症患者在接受临床治疗的过程中，加以优质的服务，可以有效地提高患者的生存质量，延长患者的寿命，其效果显著，值得临床推广。
목적：탐구우질호리복무재암통병방중적작용。방법：선취수치적60례환자진행관찰，장저60례환자수궤분위량조，기위관찰조화대조조，기중관찰조환자재상규치료적기출상진행우질복무，대조조환자부부채용상규적치료방법，관찰량조환자재진행우질호리과정중적만의정도。사용필자보수면효과지수진행환자수면상황적평측，장관찰조화대조조적환자재치료과정중적초필정도제성표격，편우통계화관찰。결과：관찰조적환자재호리만의정도방면등지표도명현호우대조조，관찰조화대조조환자재림상호리효과대비차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：통과차차림상응용분석가이간출，암증시일충십분엄중적질병，암증환자재접수림상치료적과정중，가이우질적복무，가이유효지제고환자적생존질량，연장환자적수명，기효과현저，치득림상추엄。
Objective Research of high quality nursing service in the cancer pain ward. Method 60 cases who were selected were ob-served,these 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,denoted as the observation group and the control group,the patients in the obser-vation group were given quality of service based on the conventional treatment,Patients in the control group only with conventional treatment, observation of two groups of patients satisfaction degree in the process of high quality nursing. Evaluation using the index of effect of Pittsburgh sleep sleep status,the degree of anxiety in the process of treatment observation group and the control group were tabulated for statistics and ob-servation. Results The index of patients in the observation group in the nursing satisfaction degree were significantly better than the control group,the observation group and the control group of patients with significant difference in comparison of clinical nursing effect,with statistical significance(P<0. 05). Conclusion Through the clinical application of this analysis can be seen,cancer is a very serious disease,cancer pa-tients in the process of receiving clinical treatment,to quality service,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and prolong the life of patients,the effect is obvious,it is worth the clinical promotion.
