新型城镇化的政策背景之下,寻求低碳可持续发展的城镇化模式已成为普遍共识,由高碳粗放的发展模式向集约高效的低碳乡村发展模式的转变将是未来乡村人居环境建设的发展方向。本文在分析现有乡村“高碳排”与“低碳汇”的现实问题基础上,认为保护乡村生态空间布局,协调乡村生产空间、生活空间和生态空间的价值平衡是构建低碳乡村人居环境模式的关键所在。随后基于绿色基础设施评价的核心技术,构建了适宜乡村的绿色基础设施评价体系,同时将恢复生态学的理论和方法引入评价体系中,并对所研究区域的乡村人居环境进行分析评价。最后,结合“增汇减排”的低碳目标,进一步提出乡村景观格局优化和重组的具体策略,旨在为探索适合生态敏感区乡村的低碳可持续发展之路提供有力支撑。

Under the background of New-type Urbanization, low-carbon and sustainable development has become a general consensus. From the development of extensive pattern to a low-carbon efifcient rural development model will be the future direction of rural development. In this paper, with the serious analysis of current carbon issues in rural area, we ifrstly consider that it is the key point to balance the rural production space, living space and ecological space for setting up the pattern of low-carbon rural environment. Secondly, based on the green infrastructure assessment, we construct suitable green infrastructure evaluation system for rural area, analyzing and evaluating the rural landscape pattern and situation combined with the ecological restoration theory. Finally, under the target of low-carbon targets, we put forward the rural landscape pattern optimizations and reorganization strategies, to provide strong supports for exploring the low-carbon sustainable development strategy in ecological sensitive area.
