根据对重庆中山古镇龙塘村64户既存农宅建筑现状、室内热舒适度的调研结果,提出传统生土材料及其建造技术充分适应重庆地区气候条件,值得保留和推广。针对调研中发现的生土墙粉刷层易脱落、房间通风不佳等问题,通过新型生土砂浆材料的运用、门窗开启形式的变化、简易通风装置的增设等,实现对既存生土材料农宅的低成本改造。对已改变使用功能的传统寨堡型四合院荣庐庄园进行热环境抽样实测,找出影响其室内热舒适度的主要原因并提出不同于传统农宅的改造措施,指出改造重点应为强化建筑重点部位的保温隔热及密封性能,以避免热/冷量的流失。

According to the survey results of the 64 existing farm houses' building conditions and the subjective evaluations of indoor thermal comfort by residents from a typical traditional village in the suburb of Chongqing, the paper puts forward that traditional adobe materials and construction techniques are well adapted to the climatic conditions of the Chongqing area, and thus it's worthy of preserving and promoting. In the research, we if nd that the stucco layer of adobe walls are easy to fall off and rooms ventilate poorly, etc. In order to solve these problems, we can improve through the use of new adobe mortar materials, the changes of open forms of windows and doors and the addition of simple ventilation devices to complete the existing adobe material farm house reconstruction with low-cost. The paper also carries out the sampling measurement of the Ronglu Manor's thermal environment, which if nds the main reason that impacts its indoor thermal comfort and presents reconstruction measures that are different from the traditional house renovation measures. Building reconstruction should focus on strengthening the heat insulation and sealing performance of key parts of the building, so as to avoid the loss of heating or cooling capacity.
